well my 8" PPS barrel is as follows:

PPS 8" barrel A5 thread unvented = 145g or 5.12 oz

145 divided by 8 = 18.125g per inch

so 18.125 x 12" = 217.5g

so a 12" barrel should weigh in at approximately 217.5g or 7.7oz
this will very depending on finish and other options such as muzzle breaks.
