No matter what program I use: I-Tunes, Windows Media Player, or even the Drag and Drop option that Windows has onboard - the disk is not recognized in the CD-Rom drive.
No matter the program I use - when I get ready to burn a CD - It starts to spin up - stops - starts to spin up - stops - starts to spin up - until the program says either that there is no disk in the drive or that I need to put a blank disc in the drive.
Thoughts?
