| On a new brass barrel, wedgits add $15. I know they can do aluminum barrels, and I think that runs about $25, but I've not heard of them wedgiting any stainless barrels. Considering it's a considerably harder material than aluminum, I'd imagine it'll cost more. Best bet is to call the shop.
