I'm not sure if that shroud will fit the T8.1, ask them or maybe try it (but the $ cost if it doesn't work...). You could wait for the T9.1 (which will arrive sometime later).
Maybe though you do have an option with the T8.1, there is the option to accept a remote line, which means there is a threaded plug (or something) on there (somewhere). Depending on where it is, what size it is and your budget you might be able to get some kind of a mounting bracket made for it that can accept a stock (and possibly a scope).
You might also be able to have something made that will mount to the under-barrel rail and allow a stock to be added.
