the pump gun (Tracers or something like that) are part of the entry fee,

in 2000 or 2001 I contacted Sheridan about getting support for a event I called the down your LCD for a PGP
very similar Idea to what you are talking about. I thought it would be great fun, unfortunately I never got a reply back from Sheridan.
