Well, I think I'm out of ideas.

Battery = new.
AKA SST Reg = new.
Lubed and cycled.
Good barrel/paint match.
Tested with Dwell from 10 to 18.

Won't shoot above 245. Might be time for a visit to the Doctor, once Jared is up and running again.
