surrender rules are dumb like that. its one thing to play with surrender rules and go easy on new guys, but with experienced players there is no need. when playing with surrender rules, i tend to keep back and not get into those situations. its easier and quicker to pop someone at 20 feet then sneak in an surrender them and risk a close up shot or questionable shot.
