Sparta, I see no sign whatsoever of an attempted payment from you nor did I collect one dollar from you. Very Odd. Are you able to use a current balance in the actual paypal account? Maybe it's .........well I do not know what that issue would be. Get in touch via email or PM if you are unable to get it to work.
Maybe shoot me your Paypal address to me and I can request money to see if that would work.
