Sencha, I see Gibsons is a Canadian Rye. I have read that other Canadian Ryes are mostly blended, and not as much rye in them. I will have to try Gibsons. I was wondering though, have you tried any American Ryes? American Law states that they have to be made with at leat 51% rye in the mash to be called a Rye. Some popular names are Sazerac, Old Overholt, Rittenhouse, Jim Beam (yellow label), Wild Turkey Rye, etc. :American Rye | Poison of Choice
