It depends on what kind of autococker. Older cockers were designed to run on unregulated CO2, while newer cockers are designed to be low pressure and reduce the pressure with an inline regulator.

In both cases, though, you are going to want to use anti-siponed CO2, because if liquid CO2 gets into your three-way valve, bad things will happen.
