ah, fun with VM's today

and by fun I mean frustrating

lol

I went to re-assemble my old $20 ebay wonder . . . and realized that the only spare trigger group I could find happens to be the full auto one I never know what to do with. Bummer. I would need a q-loader to feed the thing its ROF is so high

so I grab my AA Blackrain to check it out. Air it up, it leaks. Great. So I start tearing it down and find I can't get the valve tool to screw into the valve. I peer in to see that the center nut in the valve had backed out flush with the rest of it.

fantastic

after failing to find a long enough flat-head screwdriver I said what the heck . . . there is one sure fire way to get a valve out of a VM . . . after wrapping the body up in a good rag I aired it up and POP got the valve out.

the universe seems out of sync if my VM's aren't ready to go

TANSTAAFL

A book has moving parts. They're called pages.

“Well, Art is Art, isn't it? Still, on the other hand, water is water. And east is east and west is west and if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does. Now you tell me what you know.”
