| Another gym thread.
Okay so im not unfamiliar with the gym, however I am still getting a hang of proper nutrition.
So my question is more towards what you are eating. I am eating a lot of canned tuna, eggs, and some veggies. I really need to step it up on the veggies as I know im not getting a proper daily intake.
I am also taking the following supplements.
Jet fuel (pre)
Jet fuze (pre)
BCAA (during)
Jet mass (post)
Typically I workout 3x per week as a lifting and somedays I do cardio.
I am looking here shortly to do cardio on all of my non lifting days (no treadmill though)
Is there any advice as for quick meals or some alternates?
If my routine mattes I will post it. I m not looking to just lose weight( I have already shed about 62 lbs)

Of course if you are local there is always delivery by trebuchet. However, either method of delivery requires wrapping in a plastic bag to prevent leakage of urine.<from pickle>
