When I carry, which isn't very often, I pack a Walther PPK/S chambered in .380 holstered in a back of the pants (in the pants) clip-on style holster. Worn under a sweater, blazer or barn coat, it doesn't show.
Being a thin gun, it is fairly comfortable. The Ruger LCR is TINY and a decent gun.
