Walther PPS 9mm with an in the pants holster. It is very light and with any baggy t-shirt it goes unnoticed.

For when I want it to be known that I have a piece I have my Kimber Desert Warrior 1911 .45 ACP with a blackhawk serpa Paddle holster.

Both are dead nuts. Practice with those you carry.....

Edit: The cannon is for the hairy situations
