IIRC isn't the WP should be rated for about 1000 psi and at MINIMUM the burst pressure should be double it. I know parker uses a 4:1 saftey ratio for all of their products. so if it had a WP of 1000psi the Burst pressure would put it up at around 4000psi. But I do believe it is just a mis-communication.
