tried to buy an ipod from him.
seller decided he didn't want to sell after i sent the paypal, so he sent me the money back costing me about $5 in fees.
i understand that this is not a lot of money but i feel that if he did not like the agreed price he should have said so before agreeing and having me send the money.
so i give the seller more of a Neutral feedback rating.
