Okay, so I noticed something new. It appears that the center of my bolt bumper is torn out about 95% of the way. You can't tell unless you try to take it off, but its possible that it separates and then the bolt can't return all the way back and the sear is unable to catch it. I'm really hoping this is the issue.
Also, during my trouble shooting this rubber black piece that is supposed to be glued to the front of the bolt came off. What should I use to glue it back on? Is it necessary to have in there?
