I need to start doing something, I just don't know where to start. Plus, I've got a partially torn rotator cuff that, while I could probably do a lot for it with PT, I've been avoiding potentially doing more damage by doing something wrong. I'm not overweight (could probably stand to gain a few pounds), it's just the "wrong" weight.
