The wife joined Weight Watchers and has been cooking much better (healthy wise) food. I think my calorie intake per day is in the 1200-1500 range now.
Exercise has always been the key to my weight. If I keep moving my metabolism lets me eat virtually anything i want. I've just become a large bump on a long over time. So I do 25 minutes of cardio boxing 3-5 nights a week (WOOT for the Xbox Kinect) and then 15-20 minutes of free weights every night. Nothing too major just some 10,15 & 20 lb dumbbell weights but they are building the muscle in the place I want.
