Diet soda instead of sugary stuff. I started that about a year ago. At first, the stuff tastes odd. After a while though, you adapt and it tastes more like regular soda.
At 300Cal per non-diet soda, this is a huge calorie cutter. Ditto fruit juices - it's the same as pop. Diet tea (Sucralose/Splenda sweetened) is a great substitute for juices.
