I've cut out all fast foods, soda, and beer. Every time I'm tempted and it's not a cheat day, I remind myself that I'm only cheating myself. Oatmeal taste good once you mix in chocolate Whey Protein. Lean Crunch by Kashi in SoyMilk is good as well.
Before I started the grueling challenge. A friend of mine and I ate and drank whatever we wanted for a week straight to get it out of our system. The week after that, we got down to business and hardly missed any of those foods and drinks.
