I'll look more into that Mirad. From scanning over it, I may start work on the plan at the start of month 2, to be sure that I don't over extend myself.
I kinda floundered a bit last week due to hella stressful school stuff, but put in a short workout today. stat-biked just over 5.6 miles and burned about 175 cal. Not great, but not terrible. I got to taste that awesome feeling you get after a workout, and I think the bug has bitten me well. Tomorrow I'll do another brisk ride and some rowing to mix it up a bit.
