I have a digital camo Practikilt, but I believe they are out of business. I also have a cheap acrylic "party-weight" kilt from the UK
eBay that does pretty good, but will get ratty looking soon.
I just got a HardWear kilt that is pretty nice too.
Shop and compare It's a lightweight fabric that seems to wash out really well. It's designed for hiking, but works really good for paintball.
