5/22 - Push Day
(Disclaimer: Started working out a bit late in the day so sunlight was at a premium which is why I only did one routine.)

V Ups - First set:20, last two sets: 15
Hindu Squats - 20
Pike Pushups - 15
Plyo Pushups - 10
Oblique V Ups - 20

[Took the next four days off because I got some gnarly road rash from longboarding]

5/26 - Pull Day
Routine 1 - 3 Sets
  • Leg Lifts w/Hip Ext. - 10 reps
  • Explosion Squats - 10 reps
  • Pull Ups - 5 reps
  • Ankle Jumps - 15 reps
  • Crunchy Frog - 15 reps

Routine 2 - 3 Sets
  • Mason Twist - 10 reps
  • One Legged Squats - 5 reps
  • Chin Ups - 5 reps
  • Plyo Prison Push Ups - 5 reps
  • Lying Hip Swings - 10 reps

Note: I recommend keeping a 10 rep limit unless you're pretty fit. 15 if you want to really push yourself.
