The closest matches that I find for a four-colour Multicam match seem to be:
Krylon Fusion Camo in Khaki and Brown
Krylon Fusion for plastic in Hunter Green and Satin Khaki (seems mid-way between standard khaki and brown)

This the closest match to Multicam tan ive found (way closer than Camo and Satin Khaki) (Bad pic though, not really showing the actual color)
The texture can easily be removed with steelwool. but the color is spot on.
