I can't disprove it, but it worked for me before I became a train wreck of injuries.
I guess I'm like a cow. I eat small meals 4-5 times a day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays it's different as I usually go to lunch with the guys at work and it's usually something fried(Jay, FL look it up LOL) but I don't over eat or anything
