The basic 'style' description you use neglects the fact that ANY good player is going to be using fundamental skills (Movement-Angles-Teamwork) regardless his or her technology.

Actually this is what the LPPC promotes. It is not simply about the equipment, but the use of that equipment. Of course stock class makes a physical restriction which the LPPC does not. The LPPC focus on personal choice and control. If the player chooses to use a physically limiting marker or feed system, great, but it is not a requirement.
