| I've heard much to the same effect. I had some problems even getting tubes through him a long while back.
Apparently, the general consensus is that some people pay and get their stuff quick. Others pay, get little or no communication, and their stuff comes a month or two--like me--or even three down the road.
WW delivers, but it can be some trouble.
