Okay, apparently the owner of my local pro shop used to work on the PGPs all the time, so he might have the tools and parts for it. Im probably going to see what he can do before I go and buy the tools. Thanks for all the help.

PS, so the valve wont come out if it is the old style by just pushing it out of the back of the tube? I would need the valve tool to get any of it out correct?
