you should put in a service request on metadyne's website, I got an email back a day or two after I did this and they assign you an RMA number, it says on the service request sheet (that you print out and send with) that any box sent without an RMA number visible on the outside of the box will be refused.
Thank you. I submitted my request. Even if I did pay half price for it, it never worked for me at all. It will be nice to finally have a working marker.
