B,

I will preface this with... All I have is a cheap dial caliper, therefore the +/- might not be any better than .001 because of poor quality measuring device.

Based on measurements of all tubes, except the reeded one (it is difficult to get an accurate measure), all dimensions are +/- .002

As for overall straightness, I am at a loss as to how to measure it, without a surface plate. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a surface plate. If anyone has a "simple and inexpensive" way to measure overall straightness, I will be happy to use it, and post the results.
