You can play around with it-

Try this: run ONE o-ring in between the feed port and the gas transfer port, i.e. the middle one.

I'm sure youre looking at a stock bolt and getting your dimensions, right? Try making the new o-ring groove *slightly* deeper, say 10-15 thou deeper than the stock grooves. I found that approach would seal almost exactly as well as a normal depth o-ring groove, but reduced the cycling effort.

And if all else fails, you can go back and cut o-ring grooves in the bolts.
