tiny, I tried 6 barrels, and only 1 fit. I do not want the stock barrel bored b/c it is 6 inches and I want an 8 inch barrel which the slide should accommodate. Why do I want an 8inch barrel? so I don't shoot myself in the finger
and for better efficiency
Maybe I over reacted in my original posts and came of as a prick. Sorry for that but I do not think I am out of line here.
Yea pin looks to be made from SS, you would need to buy stock from a hobby store and cut down yourself, or find someone with a grinder which I"m sure a few people have. I used to have one and I'd offer to do it for you, but I stupidly sold it
. Which part is not fitting the barrel? The entire slide, or just the hole through the front of the slide? If it's just the hold, yea use high grit sandpaper to fit, take a tiny bit off at a time so you don't mar the front of the slide on accident. Like wrap a little bit around your finger tip. It will take time and patience but if you do it right it should be fixed. Maybe dukie has a jig to mount the slide in which would render my previous points moot, I don't know but I'd think he would use sand paper too? It's the quickest and easier solution in my opinion.
