I've been supecting this for a long time about the RAP/RAM/Tacmar products. This only confirms it.
Wonder if Tacamo is related somehow into the equation too, IIRC it's also made in a Chinese factory for the military too...
The product isn't that high of quailty either I find. I've seen very few of these markers acually last more than a few games before they bugger up.
