| Someone over at Patent Headquarters USA has their head up their rear oriface.... problem is they probably don't know anything about paintball and probably dont care... which sucks.
But I would think that all but the Badger has a patent on it... so seeing as there is probably all of a couple thousand paintball patents, it would take all of a couple of days to say... oops sorry not going to happen.
Then again... if they don't know what they are looking at, it's not going to matter.
For example.. with all the electros out there... if I was in the patent office I would be pretty damn clueless... not that I wouldn't take the time to figure things out... but they may have a contest going to see how many reviews they can do per day.
