My retirement money is in my 401k. My fun money is, ironically enough, in SIRI at the moment.
Do a little research into PFF. It's an ETF that only owns preferred shares, so it has a higher yield. Since it's an ETF they find new shares to buy for you when any of the current ones get called in by any of the companies.
