I've just recently joined a CrossFit gym and have been going 2x/week. Since I should be exercising at least 5 days, I'm trying to come up with something else to supplement my CrossFit workouts.
I'm still running a bit too since my cardio needs a lot of help.
I do enjoy weightlifting but not knowing what I will be doing for CrossFit ahead of time, it's hard to determine which muscle groups to work on any given day.
Ideally, I'd like to go to CrossFit 3x/week but it's hard to work into the schedule right now.
