I hear ya! the WOD for the next day is released the night before but it is too late to determine what to work without doing something that might be in the WOD...
I need to get to a Crossfit gym and take a boot camp or something to learn all the more advanced movements and excersises.
Biked 40 min and 20.5Km today. Kinda hoping tomorrow's WOD is not leg heavy! lol.
