I don't own any weights so I have to join a gym but even if I did, I'm not sure if I could do it all solo.
Working out in a group is great motivation. I still have to take a few breathers in the middle of the WODs and one of the driving factors that keeps me going is the fact that everyone else is still going. The coaches are great for motivating too... not in an authoritative manner but more encouraging.
Our WODs are posted in the morning so I really have no idea what I'm going to be doing until about 8am the same day. Since I've been getting some muscle soreness lately (rarely had that from normal lifting), I've been pretty much avoiding weightlifting and just sticking to cardio on my non-CrossFit days (and still manage 1-2 rest days)
