Hand stand walk for 25 yards
I can't do the handstand walk so I did handstands for 30 seconds 3 times and the 2 sets of 45 lb push press.
I only fell on my face twice.
Ran 1.5km for a warm up and did 30 push ups to finish.
Washing my hair hurt.
I hope it's a rest day tomorrow.
