I believe the idea is to start at about 80% of your max weight and work your way up to your max.
I have never done the Snatch lift...so in an effort to not hurt my self I am going to pass on this WOD. I am pretty sore from the last couple of work outs so I am contemplating a rest day (paintball tomorrow) or a short 5Km run...
