tjd's sniper pump kit

Ok I have finished the second batch of my kit. Being first runs and and un annodized I am going to start off with a little sale I am setting the price at 70 each and that is to your door in the lower 48.

if you need a pump rod I also made 5 of them for this run. They are made of stainless steel to the specs of a CCM rod. If your buying a kit for an extra 10 I can add a rod also, but if you just need a rod so that I can cover shipping and pay pal fees I am going to have to charge 20. As always prices are to your door in the lower 48.

Prices:
Pump kit NO ARM RAW = $80
Pump kit NO ARM BLACK = $100
Pump Kit w/ arm RAW = $90
Pump Kit w/ arm BLACK = $110
Just arm = $20

Below are some pics of the final products

If your interested in the actual manufactureing process you can see most of the steps in my build thread below vvv

Sniper pump project

answers to various questions I have received

I call the main pump rod the rod that screws into the body that the pump handle rides on. the guide rod is what keeps the pump handle from twisting in my design it is directly below the main pump rod. my guide rod is larger in dia than the ccm kits the spacing is also slightly different. the pump arm is the rod that connects the pump handle to the back block this will fit ccm or any other standard pump arm

@towerofcards.19
I have not worked with enough kits to pin down a standard but the over all length of the handle from front to back is 3 1/2"

I also feel the need to qualify light

vs $30 kit

I got another question in the build thread about the oring half way up the main shaft. this is what im calling the wiper oring. if you happen to get paint or debris on the main rod when you pump you can wipe that gunk all over the pump rod and into where the action is happening. this can gum up the stroke with my wiper seal that problem should be all but eliminated.

they are in fact made for 2k+ bodys. if your marker can accept 2k+ kits from other manufactures then i am pretty sure that mine would fit also.

thought it might be a good idea to show you what the kit look like on a gun

last one is sold hopefully I will get to make some more this week end.

4/25/2012 New batch is out

I also made standard length pump rods this time around

For those of you who have asked for different kinds of kits ,karni, mini, dual pump rod. I hear you and I would like to give you want you want but remember I am a one man shop and the whole process is an extremely involved and it takes weeks to fine tune to a point that I can make a real run at it. One day hopefully sooner rather than later I will be able to make all different kinds of kits but for now I have to focus my efforts on one thing at a time so that I can deliver the product that you deserve and I feel good about.

NEW UPDATE:

I have finished the "large" production run of 18 kits. I am having 15 kits annoed dust black. the remaining 3 will be raw. When I say raw I mean just out of the machine no dust finish no polish RAW.

These are all still 2k+ kits with full length cocking rods.

For the pre orders they only need to get annodized so it will be out of my hands as to when it will be 100% complete but I expect a rather quick turn around.

Here is how I want the pre order payment to work. You will pm me that you are interested and I will put your name above when I am out of numbers (kits) I will let you know that I am no longer taking orders. I am not taking any money until the kits come in and are ready to ship. At that time I will pm you that the kit is in and we can work out payment. You pay I ship.

update 7/9/12

I got a quote and lead time for the anno of 2-3 day turn around. I will pad that number a bit and say that I would expect them by next Monday barring any major problems on their end.

PARTS ARE BACK FROM ANNO
