FYI: I found this shoulder holster
here and it fits the TAC-8 but the flaps on the magazine pouches needed to lengthened. I unstitched the flaps and added section of digi camo cloth to make them longer. The balance is not bad with two mags on one side and the pistol with mag in the holster. You can easily remove the pistol with one hand but it takes two to put it back in. It works well as I only use the TAC as an on field backup marker.
