Depends on your play style and the fills at your field. Those numbers are for good fills.

If they really fill to about 3200 psi at the 4500 psi station, then you will get closer to 500 rounds out of a 45. I don't find it easy to change a setup back and forth with different size bottles, so I usually stick with a 68 on a mag.
