I've never removed my valve, for fear of never being able to put it back in.

But it MUST be servicable. Otherwise, you would not be able to access the hammer, main spring, or all the valve parts.

A quick fix might be to simply pour a ton of paint lube into the valve/hammer/asa areas. That should fix any small leaks.

For a bigger leak, if you can get the valve out, and remove the cupseal, compare it to pictures of cupseals on my webpage, or Bacci's "Back to School" sale. If they look the same, you could try getting a Montneel cupseal from Bacci.
You might even be able to pop the seal in the cup out, and replace with an oring.
