We know that it can be more rounded and less blocky around these areas (proof = JMJ featherlite) but like DCs yours are a bit blocky. Is this due to the fact that you dont have actual cad files with info on depth and placement?
Once again, nice work, not downplaying it, just curious as this is one thing that turns me off from DC milling (that and any FSP cuts)

this is just the roughing stage so it is not finished yet, yes it is bloky around the holes I will be thinning this area down once both sides are roughed out .
The air passage is down to the minimum wall thickness I would go.
There will be windows in the top tube and it will be shorted with a front detent pin bolt so that can allow this quite abit, maybe even a butt cut there just have to see how the feeling goes as I machine.
I do have cad files but with the body you dont need them as I am doing the working drawings straight from it then the CNC programming from them
