Ok now it's being sooper-dooper stoopid.

I got the trigger assembly all apart, everything looked fine. I greased it all up with 'Shocker lube' and put it back together. Now it shoots and cycles fine, but there's a little leak coming from the rear slot and the rear mounting hole, the one you can see the spring thru. I took it apart again and re-assembled, still leaks. I'll open the biatch back up tonight and see what else I can do.

One question-when I go to tighten the set screw on the brass collar behind the trigger, should I push it back against the spring tension the 2mm till it stops, then tighten, or just so it's resting against the spring?

Oh and Avery, I was on the phone with a client when I saw you'd sigged me. I busted out laughing then had to apologize.
