No velocity adjustmant on a 3357.

If your 3357 is original (thus 18-25 years old), replacing the complete valve assembly might get you more velocity, lots of age on the rubber seal/gaskets.

Replacing the hammer spring might help also, it gets weak with age. With a new spring, the hammer will hit the valve stem harder and let more gas out, by driving the valve stem in farther.
