Picture is a little fuzzy but I don't see any indication of impact damage to the bolt face or edges - check the inside (as best as you can - with a flashlight_ to see if there is a matching mark(s) to the one on the power tube tip. My Crown point would ring, but my Taso Pro never did.
Valve body dimensions are not consistent, but a straight edge could be used to check the power tube for being straight against the side of the valve body.
