My roommate had this exact problem with his T2

We sweetspotted the reg a few time and it would work for a bit and then the valve would eventually start sticking. We did have to change the valve in the end.

With an S6 make sure that the operating pressure is over 300psi and sweetspot from there. If I remember right, Rod sets the regs at 350psi when they come from CCM (correct me if I am wrong)

Phone CCM (1-877-412-6850)! They are great for they are great at fixing these problems.
